Don had a successful 25 year career in the Medical Device Industry, holding numerous Sales, Management and Senior Management roles in his career for some of America's Best Device Manufacturers. Over the last ten years of that career, he worked closely with the Executive & Senior leadership of dozens of Health Systems across the US. He also has a broad network of personal contacts in the Executive and Senior Management of many of America's best Medical Device manufacturers, and distributors. Located near the Technology Corridor just south Baltimore, MD, Don has strong relationships with many Department of Defense Contractors. Our goal is to utilize this network - and the personal networks of our recruiters - to deliver our clients the best of talent and "solutions in leadership". Karen Noyes, Vice President of Healthcare and Medical Device Division 

Karen brings more than 23 years of professional experience in the medical device and healthcare arena to her role as a recruiter and consultant. With keen insights and a comprehensive understanding of today's challenging healthcare environment, Karen is committed to help both clients and candidates achieve successful outcomes. Karen worked 14 years in the medical device industry as a member of one of the industry's most prestigious sales organizations and was the recipient of numerous awards for sales achievement.  She has extensive experience in proposing and delivering solutions to C-suite executives in leading healthcare systems and an appreciation for the distinct needs and requirements of both niche and enterprise-level sales, marketing and management. Karen has also developed an expertise in the emerging field of healthcare informatics, including an understanding of the engineering and integration talent required to deliver system wide solutions. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and established herself as an MTASCP early in her career and as a result, developed a thorough understanding of the laboratory segment of healthcare recruiting as well.  She has experience in all areas of the lab with an emphasis in Chemistry.  Throughout her career, Karen has been committed to building strong professional relationships.  As a result, she is able to leverage her nationwide network of executive and senior management contacts for the benefit of her clients and candidates. Lisa Garrett, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Lisa manages and oversees the Sales and Marketing while also providing the representation to our partner Planet Technologies for all IT implementation direction.  Lisa has over 15 years experience in the Healthcare Industry working for companies in divisions of Sales, Training or Reimbursement for Pfizer, Ethicon Endo Surgery and Given Imaging.  Her vast success is working with large companies as well as start-ups.  She was elected into the Million Dollar Clubs with her companies for overachieving sales in a short period of time while selling and being a Sales Trainer in her Region.  She appreciates and understands large and small companies as they each have a different internal dynamic in their approach to marketing to hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.  She evaluates work flow management and provides streamlined solutions to increase revenue and minimize downtime for a physician practice or healthcare facility.  Hiring quality individual is crucial and she loves being in an industry where she is hiring people versus downsizing.  "We mentor and grow our staff.  We believe in retention of good people and promotion from within. I love watching people step outside their confort zone, get empowered and step to the next level. It makes me proud." Lisa understands the importance of bringing value to and within all levels in an organization. Lisa also followed her dream and artistic desire and started her own leather handbag company which brought her much visibility in the fashion industry for over 2 years.  She understands all aspects of managing a  business, hiring stellar employees for every area in the United States as well as working internationally with her factory.  She believes in non-profit work, giving back and making sure she is always helping those less fortunate in some capacity.  She ran a medical mission for 6 years and now is a consultant helping other organizations grow.  Currently, she supports Saprinu.org and is sponsoring a young girl in Nepal to assist her with her eduation.  She plans on visiting Nepal in 2012.  She plays sports including her main interests of cycling, running, tennis, scuba diving, and golf.  She lives in Maryland and mentors people to grow and never give up on their dreams.
